Reformer Power

Participants who want high intensity and a challenge.An explosive and high-energy reformer class that focuses on strength, cardio, and muscular endurance. We work with high resistance, short breaks, and dynamic exercises that get both sweat and strength working in sync. This is for you if you want a thorough workout—and to feel it.

Booty & Core

This class focuses on building strength and muscle in your glutes while developing a strong and stable core. Expect targeted exercises designed to lift, tone, and strengthen.All levels are welcome — whether you’re new to training or have years of experience, this class will meet you where you are.

Power Circuit

Power Circuit is an effective and challenging strength and conditioning workout, performed at a pace that everyone can participate in. The class is built around simple circuit training, where you go through three blocks with four varying exercises in each block. We train with both your own body weight and using different equipment, such as dumbbells, kettlebells and TRX.

HOT Pilates

Pilates is for those who want to train the entire body, targeting both large and small muscle groups. The focus is on the core muscles, including the deep back and abdominal muscles, with the goal of increasing strength, flexibility, and mobility. Pilates is ideal for anyone seeking improved posture, heightened body awareness, and a strong, well-functioning, and flexible body.

Pure Strength

A class focused on building raw, functional power through the fundamental lifts. Using barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells, you’ll develop strength, stability, and solid technique.

HOT Fit Yoga

HOT Fit Yoga is a fantastic fusion of fitness and yoga. You will encounter classic yoga poses linked together in smaller flows. We add small dumbbells in parts of the class and get your heart rate up. HOT Fit Yoga is about strengthening your body and increasing your heart rate, while moving through the class in a flow.
