Access to the gym is via our Justface facial recognition system. You have to use the log in information that you have received in your welcome email to create face-scan.
You can cancel your membership directly through your online profile or by sending us an email at contact@trainfit.dk. The cancellation period is the current month + 1 month from the day that we receive your cancellation.
If you have purchased a campaign that includes a binding period, the membership can only be cancelled after the binding period has ended.
You need to download the Go Active app and use provider code 124801. You have to use the log in information that you have received in your welcome email.
Through the app, you can purchase products from the vending machines.
Any purchases made from the vending machines will be charged with your next billing cycle.
Your bill may be higher because you bought products from our vending machines, or because you were fined for not showing up for a class. If you would like help understanding your bill, you can contact the staff during the center’s staffed hours or have a look in the app.

If there is no available spot in a class, you can sign up for the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will receive a notification and you can attend the class. If you are unable to attend your class reservation, you must cancel at least 6 hours before the class starts, even if you are on the waiting list.
You automatically check-in for your class when you use facial recognition to enter the gym. If you’re unsure how to do this, feel free to ask a member of staff for help.
You must check in at least 10 minutes before the class starts.
If you don’t cancel or check in, you will be charged a fee of DKK 50. This also applies if you are on the waiting list but don’t show up for a class.
If you have our Double membership for 599 DKK/month, you can share your membership with one other person. You will be the main "membership holder" and responsible for the payments.
Yes. Your Training Buddy will have the same rights for purchases as you. All purchases will be added to your bill.
You can choose to downgrade your membership so it only applies to you. The standard cancellation rules for your Workout Buddy still apply. You are also able to change your Workout Buddy, in which case the cost will be 50 DKK.
A Double membership that includes accesss for you and a Training Buddy costs 599 DKK per month. If you want to change your Training Buddy, there is a one-time fee of DKK 50.
If you cancel your membership, your Workout Buddy’s access will automatically stop when your membership expires.
Yes. Your Training Buddy can train in the gym and attend classes (excluding reformer), and may train during the gym’s full opening hours. In addition, you and your Training Buddy do not need to train at the same time—you can train together or separately. The choice is yours.
As soon as you have registered your Workout Buddy and they have received their welcome email, they can create facial recognition and get started.
