Sign-up and cancellation

How do I sign up?

You can sign up here. You’re also welcome to visit us at the gym during our staffed hours — we’ll be happy to help you get started.

How do I access the center?

You have to download the GO ACTIVE app in the app store and use the providercode 124801. You have to use the log in information that you have received in your welcome email.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership directly through your online profile or by sending us an email at contact@trainfit.dk. The cancellation period is the current month + 1 month from the day that we receive your cancellation.

Membership and payment

What do I do if i loose my member card?

If you have lost your phone, you must go to the center during staffed hours. Our staff will be able to help you enter the center and set up your access on a new phone.

Why is my bill more than usual?

Your bill may be higher because you bought products from our vending machines, or because you were fined for not showing up for a class. If you would like help understanding your bill, you can contact the staff during the center’s staffed hours.

Classes

How do i book a class?

You can sign up or cancel here or in the GoActive app.

How do waitlists work?

If there is no available spot on a team, you can sign up for the waiting list. If you are unable to attend your team reservation, you must cancel at least 6 hours before the team starts, even if you are on the waiting list.

How do I check in for a class?

You automatically check in for your class when you scan your membership app at our gates. If you’re unsure how to do this, feel free to ask a member of staff for help.

How long before the class starts do I need to check in?

You must check in at least 10 minutes before the class starts.

What happens if I don't show up for a class?

If you don’t cancel or check in, you will be charged a fee of DKK 50. This also applies if you are on the waiting list but don’t show up for a class.

Workout Buddy

How many Workout Buddys can I have?

If you have our Workout Buddy membership for DKK 600/month, you can share your membership with one other person.

Can my Training Buddy buy from the vending machines with their app?

Yes, they can. All purchases will be added to your bill.

Can I terminate the membership that I gave to a friend?

You can choose to downgrade your membership so it only applies to you. The standard cancellation rules for your Workout Buddy still apply.

What is the price?

A membership with a Training Buddy costs DKK 599 per month. If you want to change your Training Buddy, there is a one-time fee of DKK 50.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

If you cancel your membership, your Workout Buddy’s access will automatically stop when your membership expires.

Can my Workout Buddy train alone, at all times, and on teams?

Yes. Your Training Buddy can train in the gym and on teams, and can train during the club’s entire opening hours. Additionally, you and your Training Buddy do not need to train at the same time: You can train together or separately. That’s up to you.

When can my Workout Buddy start training?

As soon as you have registered your Workout Buddy and they have received their welcome email, they can download the membership app and get started.
