What Are HOT Classes and What Are the Benefits?

HOT classes are workouts performed in a specially heated studio, typically set between 35–40°C. These classes combine functional training, yoga or Pilates with controlled heat to create a more intense, focused and effective training experience. The purpose of HOT training is not simply to make you sweat. The heat acts as a tool to support deeper movement, increased muscle activation and improved mobility, while also challenging mental focus and endurance. By training in a heated environment, the body warms up faster, allowing for smoother movement patterns and a greater range of motion.

HOT classes are designed to enhance both physical and mental performance, making them an effective complement to traditional training. Whether the focus is strength, flexibility, recovery or cardio, HOT training helps you work deeper, stay present and get more out of each session.

Enhanced Flexibility

The heat helps warm up muscles and connective tissue, allowing you to move deeper into stretches with greater control and reduced stiffness. This increased range of motion supports improved flexibility and mobility over time, compared to training in a non-heated environment.

Intense Detoxification

Training in a heated environment increases circulation and promotes sweating, which supports the body’s natural recovery processes. The heat helps muscles relax faster after training, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed and re-energized.

Increased Mental Focus and Resilience

Practicing in a heated and challenging environment requires presence, focus and controlled breathing. This strengthens mental resilience and concentration, helping you stay calm and focused under physical stress — skills that transfer beyond the studio and into everyday life.
