HOT Fit Yoga

Intensity: High – 35 degrees.

HOT Fit Yoga is a fantastic fusion of fitness and yoga. You’ll encounter classic yoga poses linked together in smaller flows. We add small dumbbells during parts of the class to get your heart rate up. HOT Fit Yoga is about strengthening your body and increasing your pulse while moving through the class in a flow.

HOT Yin Yoga

Intensity: Low – 33 degrees.

HOT Yin Yoga is a quiet and static form of yoga where we work to relax and stretch the body’s connective tissue in order to achieve a more supple and flexible body. It is a class where we focus on mental calm, presence, and taking time to land nicely in the body for a while. The poses are primarily lying down and seated.

HOT Pilates

Intensity: Medium – 37 degrees.

HOT Pilates is a dynamic and intensive workout that combines classic Pilates exercises with the benefits of training in a heated room. The heat helps to increase flexibility, burn calories, and cleanse the body of toxins. The workout focuses on strengthening core muscles, improving balance and flexibility, and building endurance through controlled movements.

HOT Vinyasa Yoga

Intensity: Medium – 33 degrees.

HOT Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that consists of strengthening sequences. The focus is on creating a dynamic flow between poses in sync with your breath. Through Vinyasa Yoga, you strengthen your muscles, balance, and ability to concentrate.
