What Are HOT Classes and What Are the Benefits?

HOT classes take a traditional workout, like yoga or Pilates, and transport it into a specially heated room, typically set between 35-40°C (95-105°F). The heat and added humidity are designed to elevate your workout to a new level. The goal isn't just to make you sweat—it's to use the heat as a tool to deepen your practice and unlock a unique set of physical and mental benefits.

Enhanced Flexibility:

The heat warms your muscles, allowing you to sink deeper into stretches and poses safely. This increased range of motion helps improve your overall flexibility far more quickly than in a non-heated environment.

Intense Detoxification.

Sweating is one of the body's primary ways to flush out toxins. The intense sweat induced by a HOT class supports this natural detoxification process, leaving you feeling cleansed and revitalized.

Increased Mental Focus and Resilience:

Practicing in a heated, challenging environment requires immense focus and controlled breathing. This builds mental stamina and resilience that you can carry with you long after you leave the studio.
