Power Circuit is an effective and challenging strength and conditioning workout, performed at a pace that everyone can participate in. The class is built around simple circuit training, where you go through three blocks with four varying exercises in each block. We train with both your own body weight and using different equipment, such as dumbbells, kettlebells and TRX.

Boxing is for those who want to train their fitness and strength. Boxing is based on the exercises from real boxing and involves both boxing gloves and punches. We use sandbags and punching pads and get a fun and effective workout. In addition to the boxing training itself, the class consists of strength and fitness training such as running, skipping, jumping, etc.
