This class is for you if you love an energetic and challenging yoga practice. The class is for both advanced beginners and experienced yogis—but be prepared to get your heart rate up, sweat, and feel your body work!

HOT Fit Yoga

Intensity: High

HOT Fit Yoga is a fantastic fusion of fitness and yoga. You'll encounter classic yoga poses linked together in smaller flows. We add small dumbbells during parts of the class to get your heart rate up. HOT Fit Yoga is about strengthening your body and increasing your pulse while moving through the class in a flow.

HOT HIIT is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class held in a heated room. The workout combines short, explosive work intervals with rest periods, allowing your heart rate to come down before the next round starts.
